CQI has conducted over 150 energy procurement bids since September 1999 that have included over 15,000 accounts for over 7,000 locations. The estimated value of the supply services purchased is over $950,000,000. The bids have been conducted in the four major utility service areas in Maryland and in 16 states.

CQI Associates was the first aggregator in Maryland to get Type 1 electricity accounts under contract.
